Breast cancer is known to be the most frequent disease in women of any age. Every year in Ukraine 14 thousand new events of this disease are detected.

Cryodestruction can be applied practically in all tumour localizations

Cryodestruction is one of the radical methods to control cancer cells, which can be applied practically in all tumour localizations.

In particular, in breast cancer this method is very efficient. In this method, malignant neoplasm is frozen before excision. Thus, spreading of tumor cells throughout the body is prevented. Pathomorphologic testing of removed neoplasms in 100% of cases confirm that after cryogenic destruction tumours are dead. Practically, there are no complications, healing is normal. We can conclude that after cryodestruction of breast tumours, survival rate and duration of remission are increased, as well as percentage of prevention of dissemination of tumor.
